The Medical Sales Representative is responsible for achieving sales targets for the ophthalmology portfolio by building strong customer relationships and executing promotional activities. As Santen Malaysia continues to grow and expand its business, we are looking for a talented individual to join us as a Medical Sales Representative (MSR).
Based in Penang, the MSR is responsible for achieving sales targets for Santen’s ophthalmology portfolio by building strong customer relationships, executing disciplined sales strategies, and delivering impactful promotional activities. The role involves supporting product launches and marketing initiatives, expanding business opportunities through new account acquisition and hospital product listings, and collaborating with key stakeholders to maximize resources. By maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, the representative drives sales growth, increases market share, and strengthens Santen’s presence in the market.
