Sales

Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

Embark on a fulfilling journey as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative with Reckitt. In this position, you'll harness your passion for the healthcare field to introduce life-enhancing pharmaceutical products to professionals who care for patients every day. Your responsibilities

• Achieve sales objectives in the assigned area
• Build, manage and maintain a strong collaboration with pharmacies in the assigned area to ensure the development of a strategic partnership
• Implement the 3D strategy in the allocated points of sale, according to Reckitt standards
• Identify business opportunities and finding solutions to capitalize on them
• Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly activities in accordance with planned daily routes and sales objectives

The experience we're looking for

• 1–2 years of previous experience as a Sales Representative is an advantage
• Higher education – mandatory, with a bachelor’s/master’s degree
• English – basic/conversational level
• Category B driving license – mandatory
• Analytical thinking
• Adaptability/Flexibility
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Results- and solutions-oriented
• PC skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
