Kun jij deze vragen met; JA beantwoorden? Dan is een rol als Accountmanager Fire Safety bij Ascom wellicht wat je zoekt. Als onderdeel van ons verkoopteam sta je in de voorhoede van ons bedrijf en ondersteun je onze klanten bij het bieden van een veilige werkomgeving.
Een inkijkje in je dagelijkse werkzaamheden
Als Account Manager vervul je een combinatiefunctie van relatiebeheer en sales. Het takenpakket is dan ook breed. Dat richt zich aan de ene kant op het halen van een hogere omzet via relatiebeheer en het werven van potentiële klanten en anderzijds het adviseren van je klanten over marktontwikkelingen en kansen.
Bezoeken van huidige en potentiële klanten.
Ervoor zorgen dat leden van het verkoopteam regelmatig op de hoogte worden gehouden van nieuwe producten, programma's of verkooptools die hen zouden helpen om succesvol te verkopen.
Het onderhouden van gedetailleerde productkennis en grondige kennis van het bedrijf van de klant.
Daarnaast ben je continu bezig met het verkennen van de markt om te kunnen adviseren, hoe ons Fire Safety portfolio optimaal kan worden ingezet binnen de Healthcare- (Ziekenhuizen en zorginstellingen), Industrie-, Overheid- en Hospitality-branche.

Je over aantoonbare kennis en ervaring op het gebied van sales. Je weet als geen ander de behoefte van de klant in kaart te brengen en deze te vertalen in de oplossing die Ascom kan bieden. Bij alles wat je doet, ben je klantgericht zonder het belang van je eigen organisatie uit het oog te verliezen. Als laatste en zeker niet als onbelangrijkste beschik je over een sterke verbale en schriftelijke communicatie in het Nederlands.
