The Operating Room Liaison manages the relationship between sterile processing staff and facility administrators to ensure all surgical instruments are ready and sterile. They track case flow, resolve instrument discrepancies, and perform data analysis to improve operational efficiency.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of experience in O.R., SPD, or perioperative environments. SPD certification through CBSPD or HSPA is required within 12 months of hire.

They are the go-to person, making sure everything is in place for every surgery and solving any problem that could arise, whether it’s a missing or dirty instrument or a scheduling mishap.

Pay range for this opportunity is $24.52 - $31.73. This position is eligible for bonus participation.
Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
