The Occupational Therapist is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating occupational therapy programs and activities within a skilled nursing facility. Key duties include conducting patient assessments, developing care plans, and maintaining detailed treatment records.
Candidates must hold a master's degree (or a grandfathered bachelor's degree) in occupational therapy from an accredited institution. A current license to practice as an occupational therapist in the State of Wisconsin is required.
