What you'll be doing...
At NWA, we process claims per specific plan requirements. These plans are highly customized and can vary greatly. A successful claim processor at NWA understands the nuances involved with medical claims and the importance of claims being processed timely and accurately. If hired in the role, you will:
Prepare time loss files for initial set-up
Research files for specific time loss information
Review and process time loss claims accurately and thoroughly according to the benefits and eligibility guidelines
Initiate telephone calls to obtain specific time loss information
Pay, Pend or Deny based on established claims processing criteria
Process Disability and Waivers based on Trusts rules
