The manager will provide direction and oversight for revenue cycle teams, including managing KPIs, budgeting, and financial reporting. They will also lead system improvement projects and act as a primary liaison between the department and the health system.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field. A minimum of 8 years of management-level experience in an academic medical center or hospital environment is required.

JOB SUMMARY
• Direction and oversight of the revenue cycle teams in the department.
• Monthly reporting of the department's revenue cycle KPIs.
• Plan and implement system and process improvement projects that are sponsored by the Department and the Health System.
• Oversee and participate in periodic charges and collections reviews, denials management, and annual audits with internal and/or external auditors.
• Active participation in budgeting, financial planning, and projections of clinical income and expenses.
• Act as a primary liaison between Department and Health System.
• Lead and manage five direct reports (three supervisors and two individual performers) and thirty-one total.
• EPIC EMR System experience strongly preferred.
