The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing patient responses and implementing comprehensive nursing care plans for individuals and families. They provide clinical leadership, delegate tasks to support staff, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and quality care.
Candidates must hold a current Pennsylvania RN license or a multi-state license through the eNLC and possess CPR certification. Required clearances include Act 34, Act 33, and Act 73 FBI fingerprinting, with a specialty certification preferred.
The Registered Nurse assesses human responses and plans, implements and evaluates nursing care for individuals or families for whom the nurse is responsible. The Registered Nurse is fully responsible for all actions as a licensed nurse and is accountable to patients for the quality of care delivered. GR Nursing care delivery typically crosses the outpatient to inpatient continuum,
