Our Crisis Intervention team is a close-knit group providing 24/7 support through crisis phone services, the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, mobile response, and walk-in assessments. Under the guidance of the Crisis Clinician Supervisor, you'll deliver compassionate crisis counseling, de-escalation, clinical assessments, and service coordination for individuals of all ages experiencing a self-identified crisis. Crisis Clinicians work alongside a Shift Supervisor each shift, answering crisis calls and meeting with adults and children throughout the community to provide assessment, support, and connections to needed resources. Additional consultation and support are available from the Clinician Supervisor, Director, and after-hours Administrator on Call (AOC).
Key Information:
Schedule: Will vary between daylight (8a-6p), Evening (2p-12a) and Swing Shift (11a-9p), depending on staffing needs. Four, 10-hour shifts per week. Schedule will be mapped in 6-week blocks.
Location: 2560 West 12th Street, Erie, PA.
Dress Code: Business casual.
