The Case Manager provides therapeutic behavioral services, service planning, and treatment plan development for clients. They also facilitate linkage to resources, crisis prevention, and restoration of daily life skills.
Candidates must have a high school diploma with at least three years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for travel within the service area.
