The Dietary Manager oversees daily meal production, kitchen sanitation, and staff management to ensure high-quality, safe, and therapeutic nutrition for residents. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in long-term care or hospital food production. A willingness to obtain or possession of the CDM/CFPP certification is required.
