The Center Therapy Director provides direct rehabilitative patient care while supervising therapy staff and managing clinical outcomes. They are responsible for optimizing clinical workflows, maintaining relationships with payers and employers, and driving center business growth.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited institution and meet jurisdictional licensure requirements. At least two years of demonstrated clinical experience and strong leadership abilities are customarily required.

As the Center Therapy Director, your responsibilities include supervisory duties and providing rehabilitative services for disabled, injured, and diseased patients within the center. You’ll align with Concentra Medical Centers’ Injury Process Management, their rehabilitation philosophy in occupational medicine, and relevant policies, practices, and regulations.

This position is eligible to earn a base compensation rate in the state range of $78,000to $90,000 annual salary depending on job-related factors as permitted by applicable law, such as level of experience, geographic location where the work is performed, and/or seniority.
