Candidates need 1-2 years of commercial cooking experience and a valid Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) certificate or the ability to obtain one. A certificate from an accredited culinary arts school is preferred.

You will be floating between Buffalo MN, Dassel MN, Maple Plain MN, and Plymouth MN. This is a great opportunity to continue growing your career while sharing your expertise at multiple locations.
As a Culinary Float, you will provide a full-scope, hands-on cooking preparation and production of high-quality culinary dishes to our residents and guests in a timely manner. You will bring your expertise to our 5 locations and help ensure that culinary standards are maintained.
