As a Senior Living Consultant at The Waters Senior Living, you will play a pivotal role in welcoming potential residents and their families by providing engaging and informative tours of our vibrant community. To thrive as a Senior Living Consultant at The Waters on 50th, you will need a blend of relevant skills and experience. A Bachelor's Degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field is preferred, alongside a minimum of five years in sales, leasing, admissions, or community relations. Your proven track record in sales and marketing, with an established portfolio of clientele, will be critical in exceeding performance goals through relationship selling.
Experience in retirement housing-such as assisted living, independent living, or memory care-will give you a unique understanding of our residents' needs. Additionally, obtaining Fair Housing Certification is essential for successful engagement with prospective residents. Excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a genuine ability to connect with people are vital to building lasting relationships that foster community and trust.
