In order to maintain equity among team members, ConvenientMD has established defined hourly pay ranges for each role. Individual pay is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to location, years of relevant experience, current market conditions, and budget considerations. The pay range listed reflects the potential compensation for this role within this region. Final compensation is determined at the conclusion of the interview process. In addition to base compensation, Urgent Care providers at ConvenientMD are eligible for additional earnings through a productivity-based incentive program tied to visits per shift and aligned with quality standards. Our recruiting team will be happy to provide more detail and answer any questions throughout the interview process.
