Responsibilities
The Clinical Nurse demonstrates knowledge of women's health issues and women's health care and must evidence the ability to apply this knowledge in assessing and interpreting patient information. Additionally, the staff member should evidence competency in planning and implementing individualized care based upon the needs of the patient. Staff member will have access to the medication cabinet.
The staff member demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development appropriate to the ages of patients served by their department. The staff member must evidence the ability to apply these principles in assessing and interpreting patient information. Additionally, the staff member should evidence competency in planning and implementing individualized care based upon the age related needs of the patient and family.
Requirements
Education and Work Experience:
Must possess a high school diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years experience in gynecology.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school
License Requirements:
RN License with the State of Maryland Board of Nursing

Salary Information
Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices. Most new hires are typically placed within the lower to mid-portion of the range; offers above that level are reserved for candidates with advanced or highly specialized qualifications.
