The ADON will lead and mentor clinical staff to ensure high-quality, person-centered care while monitoring clinical outcomes and infection control policies. They will also collaborate with the Director of Nursing on operational budgets, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement initiatives.
Candidates must hold a current, unrestricted RN license and possess at least 3 years of healthcare leadership experience. Expertise in wound care, quality improvement, and infection prevention is highly valued, and the role requires obtaining Infection Prevention Certification within 90 days.
