The CNA provides direct care and supervision for elderly patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. They perform these duties across various settings including patient homes, the Day Center, and residential facilities.
Candidates must possess a current Colorado CNA license and have at least one year of experience working with the elderly or frail population. Additionally, applicants must pass agency-required background checks and drug screenings.

Title: PACE Homecare CNA
Location: In the community, seeing patients in their homes. Either in Boulder/Lafayette, or Longmont/Dacono areas.
Schedule Day Options: Either Sun-Thurs, Mon-Fri, or Tues-Sat
Schedule Time Options: Either 6:30am-3pm (only on Mon-Fri), 8am-5pm, or 11am-7:30pm
Pay: $23.29 to $25.40 per hour
Bonus: $3,000
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a friendly and skilled CNA to join our team on a full-time schedule. Our ideal candidate enjoys working with the elderly and is flexible to providing care for patients throughout Boulder, Weld and Jefferson Counties. The CNA assists participants and/or supervises with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, hair care, mouth care, eating, and toileting) as assigned in a variety of settings including the Day Center, homes, nursing facilities, and assisted livings.
