The consultant will support strategic planning and strategy development for Medicaid—nationally and across markets—partnering with national and market leaders to set goals, track performance, and support strategic initiatives. The role will also support consulting engagements focused on performance improvement and participation strategies by developing structured frameworks, partnering with Finance and Actuarial to quantify trade-offs, and framing clear options and recommendations to enable senior-leader decisions and alignment.

Serves as a consultant to ensure the alignment, buy-in, and coordination of diverse stakeholders to drive the implementation of strategic business initiatives and projects/programs across one or more functional tracks or workstreams. Drives business strategy, organizational alignment, and prioritization of business initiatives. Leads the work of project/program team members by requesting and coordinating internal and/or external resources. Leads the development and implementation of business initiatives, systems, and/or processes to a desired future state.
