The Patient Ambassador focuses on increasing case acceptance and driving treatment plan conversions through a high-energy, patient-facing approach. They are responsible for building trust with patients, explaining treatment value, and managing follow-ups to support office growth.
Candidates must have 1-3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality with a proven ability to build rapport. Experience in a goal-driven environment is preferred, and dental or healthcare knowledge is considered a plus.
