BDR Solutions LLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in project management and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Plan and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Federal Acquisition process knowledge/experience.
Understanding of the Federal acquisition lifecycle from inception of need to contract/program/project completion.
Experience with project management software such as MS Project or equivalent.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Nice to Have:
Proficient in the following Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with senior Federal personnel
Ability to read and interpret government policy, regulations, and directives and to apply those interpretations to all activities described in this PWS.
Contracting Management experience preferred
Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) certification
Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to location, skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
This position is contingent upon contract award. Employment is not guaranteed and will proceed only if the associated contract is awarded and funded.
In addition, U.S Citizenship is required. Select applicants will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and be able to obtain a government-granted security clearance. Individuals may also be subject to a background investigation including, but not limited to criminal history, employment and education verification, drug testing, and creditworthiness.
