Position Overview: NYCEDC's Asset Management Design & Construction (AMDC) team and help deliver capital projects that improve and preserve New York City's public assets. AMDC team manages the planning, design, and construction of a diverse portfolio across all five broughs, including industrial and commercial facilities, waterfront properties, cruise terminals, and public markets. Working with a multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers, planners, and construction professionals, you'll help deliver projects that support the city's infrastructure and economic growth.
The Senior Project Manager (SPM) leads the full lifecycle of design and construction projects across NYCEDC's real estate assets, with responsibility for capital planning, design coordination, and construction execution across new construction, renovations, major infrastructure, and public open space development.
