Department Summary The Registrar's Office provides support services to students, faculty, staff and other constituents in the areas of academic advising support programs, course scheduling, enrollment, degree verification, transfer articulation, test credit, athletic certification and maintenance of student academic records, as well as handles state and federal reporting. |

Position Overview This position supports records and registration and is responsible for the maintenance and coordination of student records within various software platforms and student information systems, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of academic data. This role requires direct interaction with students, former students, faculty, and staff, processing data-driven requests, and ensuring compliance with a range of institutional, state, and federal regulations. |

Minimum Qualifications Associate's degree and one year of office administration experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience. |

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Skill in telephone etiquette and courteous communication with public, verbally and in writing. Ability to evaluate facts or situation to route calls/customers appropriately. Strong customer service skills. Basic MS Office skills.
