The role is primarily responsible for the operation, maintenance, and recording of UHT facility activities. Additionally, the technician manages the UHT pilot lab and other retail dairy application lab machinery.
Candidates should have a degree in Food Science or Food Machinery and at least one year of RD&A experience in the food industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are also required.
This role is primarily responsible for operation and maintenance of UHT facility.
1. Operate the UHT machine
2. Maintain the UHT machine
3. Record the information of each UHT operation.
4. Manage the UHT pilot lab
5. Daily maintain the other machines of retail dairy application lab
6. Other related RDA work that line manager allocated.
1. Junior College educaiton’s Degree in Food Science or Food machine, above the degree is plus.
2. Minimum of 1 year’s RD&A related experience or equivalent in food industry or food factory.
3. Good computer skills in Excel, Word and related programs for adapt to Kerry’s system.
4. Strong internal and external communication skills
