Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking a Kitchen Coordinator to join our Culinary team.
The Role
As Kitchen Coordinator, you will be the central point of coordination for administrative and operational processes within the Culinary department.
Working closely with the Executive Chef, Sous Chefs, Purchasing team, Finance department, and external suppliers, you will support all aspects of kitchen administration, including purchasing, inventory management, food safety compliance, invoice administration, engineering follow up, and supplier communication.
You will maintain accurate records, support departmental reporting, coordinate deliveries and product ordering, and ensure compliance standards are consistently achieved across the kitchen operation.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, attention to detail, and working in a fast paced luxury hospitality environment.
Coordinate product ordering and purchasing processes in collaboration with the culinary and purchasing teams.
Monitor inventory records and support stock control procedures across all kitchen areas.
Liaise with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, invoices, product information, and discrepancies.
Coordinate deliveries and ensure all receiving documentation is accurately maintained.
Process invoices and support the reconciliation of purchasing documentation.
Maintain accurate culinary records, departmental files, and operational documentation.
Assist with menu updates, recipe filing, and culinary administration projects.
Prepare reports and analysis relating to purchasing, inventory, and departmental performance.
What You Bring
Previous experience in an administrative, purchasing, kitchen coordination, or hospitality operations role.
Experience working within a hotel, restaurant, catering, or food production environment is preferred.
Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Experience maintaining records, reports, and compliance documentation.
A proactive and solution focused approach.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Right to Work in the UK.
