The Meat and Seafood Manager directs team members, manages department inventory, and ensures pricing integrity while maintaining high operational standards. They are responsible for expertly cutting meat and seafood products and providing excellent guest service.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of management experience in grocery retail, restaurant, meat cutting, or culinary fields. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and capable of working a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

As the Meat and Seafood Manager, you are taking the lead in directing team members, managing department inventory, pricing integrity and other operational processes that require significant attention to detail. This is a fast-paced position that requires efficiency and effectiveness and a passion for excellence to drive results.
This position requires the willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
