The Service Assistant acts as the backbone of the Front of House by running food, cleaning and resetting tables, and assisting bartenders. They are responsible for maintaining high service levels and ensuring a positive guest experience through active floor presence.
Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Effective communication skills and the ability to follow safety and hygiene guidelines are essential.
Hai Hospitality and LORO, Asian Smokehouse + Bar, is accepting applications for Server Assistant / Server . The position of Service Assistant is the backbone of the Front of House. The goal is to help maintain a high level of service by keeping a keen eye on the dining room, expo line, and bar, SAs are responsible for being the primary food runners, as well as cleaning and resetting tables. Fully trained Server Assistants will have the opportunity to move into a Bartender position, which results in an increase in responsibility and expected wages!
This is a full time position with required weekend availability, and SA's make about $500-$800 in tips per week!
