Compensation & Benefits
We pay hourly, with overtime opportunities. Pay is directly tied to performance, with combo-technicians earning $36 – $42/hour and working up to 10 overtime hours per week ($87,373 – $112,429 annually with OT).
We also value Personal & Family Time. If you’re seeking 20+ hours of overtime every week, Coastline may not be the right fit. Our regular operating hours are 7:00am – 5:00pm, and many days you’ll be done by 4:00pm. We want you home for dinner every day.
