The front desk/host acts as an ambassador for the building, greeting guests and coordinating game rentals, merchandise sales, and dining experiences. They are responsible for managing wait times, maintaining station cleanliness, and ensuring a positive guest experience from arrival to departure.
Candidates must be at least 16 years of age and possess the ability to communicate effectively in English. While restaurant, retail, or cashier experience is preferred, it is not required for this role.
