Manage the trust and estate gift program and serve as a key resource for all trust and estate matters. Assist donors and professional advisors with charitable strategies while overseeing donor recognition and directing the Development Coordinator.
Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least five years of experience in estate planning, financial planning, or as a legal assistant. Preferred credentials include certification as a paralegal or advanced certification in law or gift planning.
Manage the trust and estate gift program; serve as a key resource for FGA on all trusts and estate matters; assist donors and professional advisors in understanding, planning and executing charitable strategies; track activity for estate and other planned gifts; and oversee donor recognition for Legacy and Gift Planning; and direct Development Coordinator, Legacy and Gift Planning regarding data entry, estate administration files, and tracking legacy notifications.

Essential Functions
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least five (5) years experience in estate planning, financial planning, or as a legal assistant/paralegal.
Preferred
Certified paralegal or equivalent advanced certification in law, financial planning or gift planning.
Training in charitable strategies and software applications.
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
This compensation range is specific to Seattle, positions located outside of Seattle may be compensated differently depending on various factors.
