Process purchase orders and work orders
Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivables and billings
Assist in answering and directing incoming calls in a prompt, professional and courteous manner
Handle multiple customer orders, following through with shipping & invoicing
Assists office staff in maintaining files and databases
Tracks office supply inventory and manage supply orders
Coordinate meetings including managing boardrooms and food requirements
Other office admin duties as assigned
1 - 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Comfortable working in a shop environment and have strong computer skills
Proficient with the MS Office suite and have moderate to strong skills in word and excel
Post-secondary education in Office Administration or related field
Must have or be eligible for CISD Secret Level clearance.
The salary range for this role is $50,000-$60,000.
