Responsibilities

• Proactively source residential property opportunities through owner outreach, referrals, networking, and market prospecting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, brokers, developers, and other key market participants.
• Identify off-market and on-market opportunities aligned with Ukio's objectives.
• Secure mandates by establishing trust with owners and negotiating commercial terms.
• Generate and manage a pipeline of properties from sourcing through successful sale or placement.
• Conduct property visits and evaluate opportunities from a commercial and transactional perspective.
• Develop sales strategies and identify suitable buyer profiles.
• Market properties and actively engage potential buyers through personal networks and industry contacts.
• Conduct viewings, present opportunities, and manage buyer relationships throughout the transaction process.
• Lead negotiations with owners and buyers to achieve successful outcomes and maximize transaction value.
• Manage the entire transaction lifecycle from initial contact and sourcing through closing.
• Maintain accurate reporting of pipeline activity, negotiations, and completed transactions.
• Continuously develop new business opportunities and expand Ukio's network within the Lisbon residential market.

About You

• 5–7+ years of experience in residential real estate brokerage, sales, or business development of the Lisbon residential market.
• Proven track record of sourcing properties, building relationships with owners, and successfully closing real estate transactions.
• Strong network of property owners, developers, and buyers within the Lisbon real estate market.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with experience managing transactions from initial contact through completion.
• Highly commercial and results-driven, with a passion for winning new opportunities and converting them into completed deals.
• Comfortable working independently, managing multiple transactions simultaneously, and prioritizing activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is required; Spanish is a plus.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and persistent, with a hands-on approach to sourcing opportunities and driving transactions to completion.
