 PwC Services Portugal (PSP) is a joint venture between PwC Luxembourg and PwC Portugal, serving as an integral extension of PwC Luxembourg. Our growing team operates as an acceleration center supporting PwC Luxembourg’s clients. PSP provides a range of services, including Assurance Audit (spanning all industries, with a particular focus on Real Estate and Private Equity), Broader Assurance Services, Tax (including Managed Services, Corporate Tax, VAT, and Accounting), and Advisory (specializing in the Global Fund Industry and Real Estate Valuation).

Your mission:

Our Transfer Pricing practice is growing, and we are looking for people who are eager to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment. 

PwC Luxembourg’s team is specialized in the transfer pricing aspects of all important Luxembourg industries and areas including asset management, banking, insurance, financial transactions and value chain transformation. 

Be a part of our team where you will:  

• Advise clients on how to apply Transfer Pricing rules based on the arm’s length as laid down in the OECD TP Guidelines
• Analyse Luxembourgish companies’ loan transactions based on the OECD TP Guidelines and local TP rules
• Establish transfer pricing documentation for our clients
• Participate in market studies, perform benchmarks and find comparable market transactions to set an acceptable transfer price
• Prepare Advance Pricing Agreements (contract between a taxpayer and a tax authority) and Mutual Agreement Procedure applications
• Analyse value chains and commercial business models for the purpose of advising on sustainable tax structures
• Participate in the structuring of cross border transactions
• Deal with the administrative management of the client’s files

Let’s talk about you. If you have/are … 

• Or will soon have a Master’s degree in economics with a minor in tax law (feel free to share the topic of your thesis in your application)
• An interest in accounting, finance and tax law
• A strong interest in transfer pricing and a first professional experience in this field would be an asset
• Fluent in English. Speaking French and/or German would be considered as an asset
