Lead the Product Engineering team to plan and execute initiatives from concept to launch for Non-Food categories. Ensure technical feasibility, quality, and compliance with legal and safety regulations while collaborating with Commercial and Sourcing teams.
Requires a degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, or a related field with proven experience in team leadership. Experience in product engineering or auditing within the consumer goods or Non-Food industry is highly valued.
