The result is a team that is diligent and focused, understanding the needs of investors.
Laramar Properties
Laramar targets investment opportunities for multi-family, mixed-use and senior housing properties. We then enhance these properties through redevelopment/renovation, management and repositioning. While we are driven by our people and focused on our properties, perhaps the greatest attribute of Laramar is our ability to realize potential. Whether that's the potential of an investment dollar, the potential of a property, or even our own potential for even greater success.
We are now offering zero-dollar premium medical coverage to co-workers because we know that our people are what make us special. In this new endeavor, we wanted to #bewhatsnext by offering this exciting and innovative benefit, but furthermore, we wanted to #makeitmatter and act from a place of impact so our Laramar family can feel how truly valued they are. #laramarlove
