The ideal candidate is a relationship-oriented, highly organized professional who combines strong business judgment with exceptional communication and project-management skills. You will work closely with partners to understand their goals, identify opportunities for growth, resolve challenges, and develop strategies that increase employee engagement and overall partnership performance.
What you’ll do:
Own a portfolio of employer and workplace partners, acting as the primary relationship manager and trusted advisor for key stakeholders.
Lead the post-sale partnership lifecycle: internal handoff, onboarding, implementation readiness, launch, ongoing engagement, business reviews, renewal, and expansion planning.
Build and execute joint success plans that align each partner’s workforce needs, program objectives, communications calendar, and commercial goals with SoFi at Work capabilities.

Serve as the voice of the partner internally, synthesizing stakeholder and employee feedback into actionable insights for Product, Marketing, Operations, and business leadership.
Proactively identify partnership-health risks, resolve escalations, and mobilize the right internal teams to protect the client experience and retention.
Maintain accurate account plans, contacts, activity records, risks, opportunities, performance metrics, and next steps in Salesforce and other operating tools.
Coordinate contract renewals and amendments with partners, Sales, Legal, and Operations; ensure executed documentation and commercial terms are accurately reflected in internal systems.
Support operational and compliance requirements for applicable programs, including partner onboarding documentation, program changes, and cross-functional approvals.
Represent SoFi at Work in partner meetings, client events, and industry forums; travel as needed to deepen strategic relationships.
What you’ll need:
5+ years of experience in partnership success, customer success, account management, relationship management, consulting, client services, or a comparable client-facing role.
Demonstrated success managing and growing complex B2B or B2B2C relationships, preferably with employer, workplace, financial-services, benefits, HR technology, SaaS, or other strategic partners.
Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels, including HR, Benefits, Total Rewards, Payroll, Finance, and executive leaders.
Proven ability to lead a portfolio through the full post-sale lifecycle—from onboarding and activation through optimization, renewal, and expansion.
Strong analytical judgment and comfort using performance data to diagnose opportunities, develop recommendations, and communicate outcomes to clients and internal stakeholders.
Excellent written, verbal, and executive-presentation skills, including experience leading business reviews and crafting clear, compelling partner-facing materials.
Strong project-management skills and a track record of orchestrating multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines with rigor and attention to detail.
Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach; comfortable navigating a fast-paced, cross-functional, and regulated environment.
Strong business acumen and a practical understanding of how partner engagement, employee experience, and product adoption create shared value.
Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel or Google Sheets, PowerPoint or Google Slides, and reporting tools.
Willingness to travel approximately 10–15% as needed.
Nice to have:
Experience with employee financial wellbeing, student debt, retirement, tuition reimbursement, emergency savings, banking, lending, or other workplace-benefit programs.
Experience designing or executing lifecycle marketing, employee communications, webinars, events, or multi-channel engagement campaigns.
