The Assistant Controller will manage day-to-day financial operations, accounting processes, and month-end close across multiple entities. They are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting for lenders, regulators, and external auditors.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 3+ years of experience in financial services, preferably within a broker-dealer or proprietary trading firm. A CPA is preferred, and a Series 27 license is required within six months of hire.

This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting across internal systems and external accounts, and for delivering financial reporting obligations to our lender, regulators, and external auditors. You will work closely with trading, technology, and external partners to maintain control over finance, deliver actionable insights, and improve processes as the firm continues to scale.
