The Commercial Lines Underwriter manages a book of business up to $7MM, focusing on underwriting new and renewal accounts for profitability. They are responsible for maintaining agency relationships, managing financial account aspects, and mentoring junior underwriters.
Requires 3-5 years of Commercial Lines underwriting experience with specific expertise in Commercial Auto and General Liability. A college degree and professional designations like CPCU or ARM are preferred.
