Your Opportunity
At Stantec, we deliver some of the most complex and transformative projects shaping communities across Canada and beyond—bringing together multidisciplinary teams to solve critical infrastructure and built-environment challenges. This senior project management role sits at the centre of that mission, leading the successful execution of major programs exceeding $30 million in consulting fees and $1 billion in construction value. Beyond delivery, you will hold full financial accountability for project performance—overseeing budgets, forecasts, margins, and commercial risk to ensure predictable outcomes and strong business returns. The work you lead will leave a lasting mark on communities across Canada, shaping critical infrastructure and built environments that will serve generations—requiring thoughtful leadership, long-term thinking, and a commitment to delivering solutions that are sustainable, resilient, and impactful well into the future.
You’ll be overseeing a high-performing team of Project Managers, Coordinators, Controllers, Analysts, and Schedulers who manage Stantec’s largest multidisciplinary projects.
This position can be located in any Stantec location in Canada with a Buildings presence.
