Overview
We're hiring senior Experience and Product Designers to work on some of the most meaningful projects in the country. Our work sits in areas of real social and environmental change, including gender equality, public service, healthcare, education, transport and beyond.
About the opportunity
We have a few roles open right now, spanning focused long-term program work through to variety across a range of projects. You'll design usable, accessible and genuinely good experiences, working alongside researchers, technologists and strategists.
What you’ll do
Research with a mix of methods to understand user needs, behaviours and usability
Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs, from mobile apps to desktop CRMs
Engage stakeholders, from executives to technical teams, to build alignment and move work forward
Run design workshops and discussions
Turn research into clear solutions, recommendations and journey maps
Keep well-structured documentation that guides development
Regularly report on design progress to project managers and stakeholders, highlighting any risks or challenges.
Provide detailed design documentation and specifications to guide the development process and ensure alignment.

Love designing beautiful user interfaces, delivering elegant effective product interactions
Are a curious, adaptable problem solver with a sharp eye for detail
Have strong stakeholder skills and like a collaborative team

We'd love someone who can start in the next few weeks (strong preference for those who can start straight away)
We're hiring across both our Naarm (Melbourne) and Gadigal (Sydney) studios
Contract lengths vary by role and project, from shorter engagements to longer-term work
4-5 days per week required regardless of role
We're flexible on hybrid, with a preference for most of your time in-studio
You'll need to be legally able to work in Australia without restrictions
