Collaborate with site leadership to implement HSSE initiatives and drive a culture of zero incidents and minimum environmental footprint. Oversee health and safety programs, manage risk systems for self-insurance audits, and provide expertise for new projects.
Requires at least 7 years of experience in a similar HSSE role and a Certificate IV in Workplace Health & Safety. A degree in Science, Engineering, or Supply Chain is preferred, along with Australian citizenship or permanent residency.

Claremont is the largest Cadbury factory in Australia and Southern Hemisphere. Recently celebrating 100 years in production, the site delivers 200 million blocks, and 50,000 tonnes of chocolate annually, including other iconic products like Cadbury Freddo, Twirl and Caramello Koalas.
We have an exciting opportunity for a senior HSSE specialist to join our Team, where you will collaborate and work with the site leadership team and other key stakeholders to implement site specific HSSE initiatives to drive best practice, risk management and for creating a strong safety culture. You take pride in your work and will drive toward a culture of zero incidents and an optimum environmental footprint. HSSE programs will be well implemented and meet the relevant standards and regulations in the Plant.
