Manage a varied caseload to assist individuals in staying at work or returning safely following injury or illness. Conduct initial and workplace assessments, facilitate stakeholder meetings, and develop effective return-to-work plans.
Requires qualifications in an allied health discipline such as Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Rehabilitation Counselling with current professional registration. Candidates must have experience in workplace rehabilitation or injury management and possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Total Workfit Solutions (TWS) is Tasmania’s largest injury prevention and workplace rehabilitation provider, with a genuinely local team that understands the employers, industries and communities we work with.
We’re now looking for an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant to join us in Hobart.
Here, your experience will be recognised and your judgement trusted. You’ll work alongside experienced consultants and approachable leaders in a supportive, down-to-earth team. There’s autonomy in the role, but help is there when you need another perspective.
You’ll manage a varied caseload, helping people stay at work or return safely following injury or illness.

This role is best suited to someone who has already worked in occupational rehabilitation, workers compensation, injury management or a closely related area.
You’ll be comfortable managing your own cases and communicating with workers, employers, insurers and treating professionals. You’ll also know that good rehabilitation work is rarely about following a perfect plan. It takes judgement, persistence and knowing when a different approach is needed.
You’ll need:
Knowledge of the Tasmanian workers compensation environment would be helpful, although it isn’t essential if you bring solid rehabilitation experience.
