Looking for a role where no two days are the same?
Ventia is seeking a Workshop Administrator / Production Clerk to join our Trade Repair team at the Guildford Defence Maintenance Centre. This is a varied administration and coordination role supporting workshop operations, helping keep repair jobs moving and ensuring the team has what they need to get the job done.

What you'll be doing
Supporting the Trade Repair team with day-to-day administration tasks
Ordering and tracking repair parts
Assisting with job scheduling and work order management
Maintaining records and updating information in company systems
Coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to keep work progressing
Assisting with inventory and purchasing activities
About you
We're looking for someone who is:
Organised and detail-oriented
Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
A strong communicator who enjoys working with people
Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Reliable, proactive and willing to learn
Previous administration or coordination experience is advantageous, but attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
