About the Role
This position sits within our Testing group, where you will work with a small team to develop fully functional prototypes that demonstrate new, advanced operation and control for autonomous grid connection, management, and regulation.
As a Senior System DVT (Design Verification Test) Engineer, you will contribute to end-to-end validation of the complete Battery Energy Storage System (BESS). You will help verify the inverters together with the full system — their integration and communications with the DC BESS Battery Management System (BMS), the Site EMS/SCADA system, the thermal cooling system, the sensors and safety subsystems, and the DC and AC inverter interconnection — ensuring the integrated system operates safely and reliably per engineering requirements and worldwide standards.

This role requires being on-site at our Austin, Texas office 5 days per week.
The base pay range for this position is $90,000 to $135,000 per year. This salary range may be modified in the future. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, education or training, work location, and market conditions. This position is also eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
