Support the enforcement of compliance with the approved process. Including identifying data quality issues and assisting in resolving missing data
Track capital program performance against approved budgets, timelines, and scope
Monitor capital spend, commitments, and forecast variances
Support capital program reforecasting and reprioritization as business needs evolve

Facilitate cross-functional discussions to align capital investment with operational performance expectations.
Develop, track, and report capital-related KPIs, including asset utilization, ROIC, spend efficiency, and project performance metrics.
Produce monthly capital reporting packages, including actuals, forecasts, risks/opportunities, and executive commentary.
Support the Capital Committee with analysis, financial models, and business cases.
Ensure capital cash flow forecasting incorporates accurate timing of expenditures, payment terms, and vendor conditions.
Partner with Accounting to support capitalization policies, month-end processes, and reconciliation of cash vs. accrual capital spend.
Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance capital planning processes, systems, and reporting standards.
