The Operations Support Manager leads continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen events to optimize plant operations. This role partners with Engineering and Operations to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or a related field with over 5 years of experience in manufacturing or continuous improvement. Lean knowledge and Six Sigma certification are highly preferred.
