The Construction Manager is responsible for coordinating all on-site subcontractor activities to ensure compliance with project schedules, safety standards, and quality requirements. They also manage project budgets, supervise superintendents, and maintain effective client relations throughout the project lifecycle.
Candidates must have at least 14 years of construction supervisory experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a construction manager role. A bachelor's degree in construction or engineering is preferred, along with strong knowledge of power construction projects and union management.

This project is located in Carrolton, GA and requires mobilizing to the site for project duration. Orientation is in Overland Park, KS.
Union or Union management experience is strongly preferred.
Construction Manager experience on conventional power construction projects is strongly preferred.
Responsible for coordination of the construction on the project. Coordinates compliance with the schedule, safety, cost, and quality decisions in conjunction with the Project Field Manager.

Physical Demands:
• Lift and carry heavy items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Stand, Kneel, Bend, Stoop, Move, and Walk long distances in and around confined, cluttered places, and uneven areas.
• See and hear naturally or with correction.
• Full range of motion and flexibility consistent with requirements of the job duties.
• Requires using hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools or controls according to a set procedure.
