The Facilities Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for performing general repairs, preventive maintenance, and upkeep of manufacturing plant equipment and infrastructure. They also coordinate vendor repairs, manage hazardous material disposal, and track fluid inventory to ensure 24/7 operational support.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and three to five years of related experience in mechanical, electrical, and building infrastructure maintenance. Proficiency in reading technical manuals and the ability to perform physical tasks using various hand and power tools are required.

The Facilities Maintenance worker is responsible for performing general facilities and yard maintenance repairs at designated facilities, coordinating the disposal of hazardous materials (batteries, drums, oil), tracking fluid inventory and coordinating vendor repairs to the facility. Reviews work orders with Supervisor to determine priorities and updates work order log as work is completed. Conduct daily walk through of general facilities and grounds to evaluate the need for repair or general upkeep. Use various hand and power tools and operate all types of machinery.
