The Senior Project Manager will oversee the execution of civil engineering design and permitting projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. They will also manage technical staff, coordinate with clients, and prepare project work plans, fee proposals, and construction cost models.
Candidates must hold an undergraduate or graduate degree in civil engineering and have at least four years of progressive experience in civil or construction design. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is required or must be obtained within six months of hire.

Summary:
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the management and execution of a variety of civil engineering design and permitting projects. Utilizing consulting and construction management expertise, prepares the scope, budget, and schedule for projects to ensure contract requirements are executed on-time and on-budget. Attend project meetings with internal staff and clients and make presentations concerning specific aspects of engineering projects and oversees the work of technical staff. Works with local, regional or state-level clients to assist them in achieving their goals.
