Lead proposal development and pricing strategy with technical, compliance, legal, and finance teams to ensure competitive and executable offers.
Lead AAMSI’s Sales and Customer Service team, ensuring alignment with business development goals and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Negotiate contract terms and ensure alignment with regulatory and customer requirements.
Oversee contract execution across AAMSI by coordinating closely with Engineering, Operations, and Quality to ensure internal readiness, alignment, and successful delivery.
Represent AAMSI at trade shows and industry events to promote capabilities and drive pipeline growth.
Deliver market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and trends to support strategic planning and bid competitiveness.
Lead weekly sales/BD meetings to report on pipeline status, align resources, and troubleshoot roadblocks.
Ensure compliance with U.S. Government regulations and acquisition policies in all BD activities
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in aircraft electronics and avionics, including new and legacy component manufacture and sustainment, with additional understanding of hydraulic and structural systems.
Familiarity with government forecasting, bidding systems, and acquisition regulations.
High sense of urgency, self-motivation, and a goal-oriented mindset.
Ability to communicate effectively across all levels and with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ability to quickly learn and navigate BD tools and databases.
Education/Experience/Other Requirements:
